In July 2013, Bénodet’s Tourist Office was bestowed with the national Qualité Tourisme label in accordance with the quality approach of France’s Tourist Offices.
Always ready to listen to our clients and partners, we decided to join this label to provide you with the best quality of service.

All our staff is aware of the importance of quality in our job and we work every day to maintain and improve the level of quality while respecting our commitments:

  • Increasing the quality of our reception and maintaining a constant level of services to meet our customers’ needs using a Quality Manual describing the methods to which everyone must adhere. Feedback questionnaires, a suggestion box and follow-up on staff training sessions are elements that help to analyse the success of our system.
  • Allowing for internal exchanges and emphasising the staff’s motivation around a national project that highlights their work. The Qualité organisation and participation allows everyone to find their place and breathe new life into their jobs.
  • Developing the tourism economy in the territory with proficiency. A good Qualité organisation as well as increasingly-efficient and better trained staff with knowledge of the local tourism offerings help ensure that our tourism recommendations are favourable to economic development.
  • Proudly announcing the quality of our visitor services to our different partners through communication campaigns after obtaining the label.
